Why keep DF off of new content?

Who says there is no hope. That is just the people who want things to stay the way they are instead of embracing change. This is the main reason why I am atm playing ffxiv very sporadically and playing games like destiny and dark souls 2 more. SE needs to stop this crap of having Alex savage and the like locked behind full party only. I want to do Alex savage but don't want to spend hours on end trying to find a party finder group and getting no where. I feel if this is how its gonna stay I'll become one of those people who log on for roulettes then log off or even quit the game because of it. Please SE fix this crap make it so that normal people can do things like Alex savage when it comes out instead of locking it behind full party only and then when it gets old and only then putting it in duty finder. Make it duty finder when it first comes out please I'm begging you.
