Personally, I'd like more choice with my cross class skills. Right now most jobs get 4-5 essential ones and 2-3 garbage/useless ones (enmity generation on DPS, +Dex on non dex classes etc). It would be great if each job had 10 great choices and could only pick 3-4 of them.
