    [Suggestion] New Cross Class SKills

    Hi! To come directly to the point: I really think the game should implement new cross class skills. And they should come with a high level requirement (like level 52 or 54).
    Here are my Pros and Cons, why I think this would be a good idea:

    Pros:
    - More incentive for leveling up alternative classes / jobs
    - Cross class skill unlocking is a long time goal and a big reward for leveling up
    - This gives players a lot to do while waiting for new content
    - Also: More interesting choices / more build varity / more individualization

    Cons:
    - Balancing issues, cross class skills get to strong, imbalanced
    (therefore I tried to suggest cross class skills that not influence dps or hps at all, but are more general useful tools)

    Some concrete Ideas:

    Marauder / Gladiator:
    Level: 54
    Cast Time: Instant
    Cooldown: 90s
    Range: 0
    Radius: 0
    Description: Next Attack has increased emnity
    Additional Effect: Does not affect skills with already increased emnity
    Idea behind it: If Provoke is on Cooldown you can use this in emergency situations together with a non-emnity attack, to gain back aggro, can also be useful for tank switches during fights

    Conjurer / Arcanist:
    Level: 52
    Cast Time: Instant
    Cooldown: 2.5s (gcd)
    MP Cost: 5 (MP Cost is based on a level 1 character. As you level up, MP Cost of spells will increase.)
    Range: 25y
    Radius: 0
    Description: Emnity gets reduced by 30% for selected target
    Idea behind it: If e.g. shroud of saints is on cooldown and a new spawned add attacks you, you can sacrifice a gcd for reducing emnity on the selected target

    Pugilist / Lancer:
    Level: 52
    Cast Time: Instant
    Cooldown: 90s
    Range: 0
    Radius: 0
    Description: Preventing knockback and draw-in effects for the next attack for 10s.
    Idea behind it: Works like Tempered Will of Paladin, but only the knockback and draw-in effect part. Also it counts only for the next incoming attack. So it needs to be timed pretty precisely.

    Archer/ Rogue:
    Level: 54
    Cast Time: Instant
    Cooldown: 180s
    Range: 0
    Radius: 0
    Description: The next sprint does not cost any TP for 10s.
    Idea behind it: Sprinting should be useful and possible in certain situations. If you are not a mage, you can not use sprint during fights at all. With this skill you get a 10s buff, that will allow you to sprint without loosing any TP, can only be used every 180s, so you have to use it with care. Since it is a Archer Cross Class Skill it will be very intersting for Machinists, but for Machinists only.
