For those who had such a horrid time with their relic, that killed a lot of it and I understand that with people. Just like how the beta \ alpha really didn't want me to register myself to Girdania. It was just too much time you were forced to be in there.
The older dungeons, were lengthy. There's a lot that I figure they could cut out such as certain paths. Someone created a very good thread a while back about what to do with those who want to just run through and get the XP \ roulette vs those who want to run through it. To me it was a great idea and it mainly said that you would have a general main path that would give you a decent chunk of XP, so you can zoom through whether you're there for a quest or want to get a quick one in before reset.
Then you have alternate paths that would give you a full completion bonus, compensate for the time you took in that dungeon. This also led to another discussion or set of discussions about how there should be options in dungeons that make it actually harder, such as taking an alternate path that gave a mini boss that let loose new mobs or a debuff / boost..but that goes into the entire dynamic of dungeons.
For me I get tired of running the same thing but I take a very slacked, laid back approach to dungeons. I'm there to enjoy, look at the background but I understand those who ran this dungeon 80 times are burnt out and don't want to log out. Or they have to get this done before reset, or just trying to get a run in before baby wakes up, wife agro, or work demands you show up. The dungeons are getting a lot better though as we go on.
