Even in dungeons there are plenty of times LB can be helpful. People just don't use it.

Hell, sometimes people even get defensive about it. I pointed out in a DV that caster lb is pretty good on the last phase of the 2nd boss and caught all sorts of hell for it. You'd have thought I suggested the guy should kill his parents or something.

Using as a finisher is what it's turned into, but that's usually pretty wasteful, actually.
