Well, duh. It's because people who were in raid groups within the 3 Coils of Bahamut, are going to stay with each other in Alexander. In so doing, people who haven't been able to clear all the Bahamut Coils, like myself, due to a lack of raid groups willing to give outsiders a chance to get the coils clear, are unwilling to even attempt Alexander because if we can't get into raid groups for the Bahamut Coils, what makes you think we will even get a chance at Alexander?
