    Sorry you don't understand this. The nodes may have the same timer but they are contested. Meaning there is only so much generating at a time. Making them uncontested would greatly lower the value of said items.

    Hacking is part of the game unfortunately, and everything should go into equation when your doing math.

    The second you make zones uncontested is the day you see 100 bots teleporting around all farming 1 node every hour. It will make it WORTHLESS.

    Thats not a mechanic in this game, stop spreading miss-information please.

    If there is 10k players over the node, they will all get the same ammount of materials from it as if there was just 1.

    Thats an interesting notion. Still, people already bents this system as you say, our game economy is already mostly ruled by bots in many ways. As a method of making materials "bot-proof" the unspoiled mechanic as it is, is an utter failure.
    Giving players the freedom of gathering when they want to, with some penalties on the number of total nodes they can hit per hour to keep scarcity, shouldn`t affect the markets too much. Still might give some issues of course, but ill trade some market "priviligie" for accesibility and fun any time of the day.

    Requiring coordination is a thing. Having to shutdown activities or being forced to do microtimed content, is another entirely diferent. Most other MMORPGs manage high end materials in the way i describe, limiting the players be it on a set of time giving them total freedom of "when" to hit the nodes. We can all agree that no MMORPG has a perfect economy, much less this game, but at worse, what we would see is a re-estructuration of the economy as we know it, that might in fact, impulse much needed changes to the whole market board system...
