    Yet another update.

    I highly doubt that anyone cares given the relative rarity of my issue (as in, I only saw a couple others experiencing the same issue at launch and have heard nothing since), but I was just told by an in-game GM that the "within a week" policy that applies to vendored items somehow also applies to items that didn't carry over from 1.0.

    That doesn't sound right, if it is, that is kind of scummy. :l

    Did a GM tell you this? If not, try getting active help in the game. Not exactly the same thing, but I didn't get my 1.0 titles until recently because of a bug where they didn't carry over properly. Out of game support was no help at all, I had to pester GMs to get my issue resolved.

    Yep. The in-browser chat support told me to take it to the in-game GMs, and the in-game GMs (when he/she got tired of me reiterating my point and how they're giving me irrelevant information and citing unrelated policies) just told me to go talk to the in-browser chat people.

    Fun times.

    That being said, I'm glad that you were able to get your issue resolved! I haven't heard of anything similar for literally years. It gives me a little bit of hope.
