Legacy CE player, but no legacy or CE rewards

Three issues:

Collector's Edition items. I contacted support chat outside of the game, gave him the code I used to register back then, and he told me it was never used. Yet I was somehow playing the game in 1.0, and continued to in 2.0. He told me it was a standard edition, but I never came anywhere near one. So... ghost code on my account somehow.

The legacy tattoo. I actually had this at release! But it disappeared within a week and never reappeared. This is perhaps the most annoying issue of the three - the history I had with the game pre-ARR was being erased.

The 1.0 gobbue mount. I worked my butt off to get this guy once I learned that 1.0 would be ending, but he'd be coming with it. I played very casually, but I hit the slog to level hard. I did it. I got him. And he never showed up with 2.0.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Did it ever get resolved?

This is my third time trying to get back into the game, but having been brushed off by support so many times... I just feel disrespected. I really want to love this game, but everytime I see any of these things, I just get bitter. Yes, it's petty.

Can't help with the CE or the tattoo, but did you check the Calamity Salvager for your Goobbue mount whistle? I'm pretty sure I remember having to go get all my stuff from the CS.

I did. Camped at him for days at release. Checked him just now. Nothing.

When you log into the game and go to select your character, do you have the Legacy box in the lower right hand corner?

Have you checked that you rehired your retainers? All your mounts were turned into their summon items in the transition to 2.0 and placed in various storage like the Calamity Salvager and retainers. Mind, I could be wrong on the retainers, it's been a long time.

Still have your old CE item codes? A support GM likely would have asked about this.

Any screenshots with your character from when you had the legacy tattoo? Mayhaps some from 1.0?

You say this is the third time returning to the game - is it possible you've inadvertently created a new account each time you came back to the game that are separate to your original 1.0 account? This happened to a lot of players back during Beta, where their Beta codes were accidentally creating new accounts when registering the codes rather than being added to their existing accounts, making their 1.0 characters indeed inaccessible. It's also possible your original account data might have been deleted, which would explain the lack of your CE code and Legacy status.

Check your account on the Mogstation - does it show the Legacy logo and the CE items listed there? If it does not, then I'm afraid the cause is probably what I just mentioned sadly (I don't remember anyone who had similar issues ever being able to resolve this problem I'm sorry).

For the Tattoo, it's possible it's just hidden. There is a text command that hides it (In case you don't want people to know you were here in 1.0 or didn't like the look, or it clashed with your gear etc) that said I do not know the command to unhide it.

Is /legacymark only to turn on or off. If isn't like this then is /legacymark on or off.
