Almost everyone is doing endgame level 60 content right now, so the value of endgame level 60 sellable items is steadily dropping. Right now, last I checked, there's more money to be made in earlier content. On my server, Demon Brick minions spiked to over 100k, boarskin maps were selling for over 60k (I think dragonskin are around 100k), Fat Cats are more then Gestahls, and so on and so on. Not to mention, if run duties unsynced, I'm told certain items don't drop, such as Ex Primal elemental tokens (Inferno Horn, Vortex Feather, etc), and those are spiking in value since they're the only limiting factor for Bright Primal weapon glamours. The duties that drop the rare minions also start well before 60 - Sohm Al, Vault, Bray HM, etc.

And, if you do craft, the level 53 crafter/gatherer gear HQ sells extremely well. Not to mention old AF1 crafter/gatherer gear - that has always sold well and will always sell well. It's great for those DoL bots, after all. Exploit them like they exploit us!

If you gather, go for annoying or time-locked pre-60 items that are heavily needed like Titanium Ore, Gold Ore, Darksteel Ore, and so on.

they are working on it as they said, even if you complain any more, it will not make it any faster. A lot of ppl complain about housing and come with their idea (and they forget left & right some detail of the current system). Take a seat back and give it a bit time, they already said they are working on it, and how they will work with an ETA.
