Hell no. The way it is right now with light speed, it's utterly ridiculous. A single astro can keep someone (or them self) alive against 3-4 other people with their instant nocturnal shields.

Or at least don't make critical galvanize exchange by nocturnal aspected, something like it doesn't give effect if one of mitigate is higher.
