Required rank on all gear

In my opinion, there should be a required rank on ALL gear. Having a required rank on some gear and not other gear seems a bit ludicrous to me.

Not if the best gear is required rank and class.. and the mediocre gear is less restrictive

He trying not to lose the people who dress up there kitty cats and the RP without doing so much work on making a system where he can easy make the underwear copy any type of gear in the game. If he really believe that it give players motivation he would have made them all like it.

I don't mind as long as the new gear would have such rank/class limit. I don't want to see people with endgame gear in there level 1 class -.-
