IMO Hellsguard ladies can probably be more Hyur-like, given the right skintone.Miqo'te is probably the closest to Hyur out of the races. Even then, their faces look quite a bit different, along with their ears and tail, that sets them apart further than the third eye. They're also classified as different races by SE, while the Garleans don't seem to be from what I can recall.
Rithatyn is in my list
And I didn't add the others because those are 100% confirmed garleans. And well, garleans are basically marked as "evil" in the game with the occasional exceptions that join our adventures. Nael still remains a big mystery. He's most likely a pureblood Garlean as well, but I added him because he used elezen emotes.
But feel free to add names, or names that I might have missed XD.

Actually, in most mmo's the most human race is usually the biggest. With those statistics, the graph is saying that Hyur is more popular than Miq'ote...
Now that I think about it, I'm going to blame RMT for the reason why Midlander Hyur is so popular.

I admit that I have betrayed the elezens. Shame on me T_T.
I've always been an elvaan(ffxi) and elezen(ffxiv) up till heavensward. Blame S-E for not giving the one thing I wanted for elezen. A muscle slider! I don't like how scrawny my elezen was. It made it a pain to have armors look good on us. D:
(Even though, I made a male elezen that received a lot of compliments about his appearance + glamours)

Technically, Nael was male. The one you encountered in FFXIV:ARR Binding Coil was a female clone of him.
