~6%-7% Magic damage increased, ~13%-14% using Battle Voice.I don't know where it got lost in the ether, but your foe rec alone can add a lot of DPS. It's up to the casters in your group to actually be good and utilize that tool to the max (its not an instant for sure massive DPS boost), but you're severely under appreciating how much DPS you can add with just that one song.

Split Shot w/Ammo should be instant cast.
(Helps to alleviate some of the CD clipping in the opener)
Increase Lead Shot Dot potency to 50 from 45 to equalize it to Bard multi-dot potential.
Allow Turrets to scale off Skill Speed. As currently there is no benefit from either increased damage or faster attacks.
Fix Turrets or Change the wording of Increased Action Damage as Turrets do not appear to gain the 20% damage implied.
We have a song to increase Magic damage...how about a song to increase physical damage...what would that hurt? Get rid of Wardon's piece of crap peaon. I don't even use it unless I am solo or with a Warrior and that is still almost a waste of time because healers can just dispel the Pacification debuff and are on top of that usually (I know I am when I heal on Scholar).

If You give a song like You want, BRD becomes OP I think.

Trick attack applying the debuff even if you miss the positional there is no excuse why the considered raid utility of a ninja should fail to apply.
Aoe increased somehow would be nice but the first 2 are the major issues
There isn't really much they can do about mudras unless they redesign ninjutsu

-Wandere's Paen: Changed to an Ability with a cooldown.
Machinist
-Slug Shot: In addition to its other bonuses, Slug Shot now has a 50%(100%) to cause Clean Shot to generate 1 Ammo upon use.
-Clean shot: Clean Shot has a 50%(100%) chance of giving Split Shot +30 potency and instant cast under GB.
Paladins
-Oaths are now OGCD
-Circle of Scorn spreads Goring Blade's DoT.
Warrior
-Holmgang's root is broken if you reach 100% hit points.
Dark Knight
-Reprisal's cooldown is lowered / removed.
-Delirium can be Dark Arts'ed: +140 potency, restores TP
Dragoon
-Fang and Claw increases the damage of the next Wheeling Thrust within 15s by 10%. Stacks, consumed upon use.
-Wheeling Thrust increases the damage of the next Fang and Claw within 15s by 10%. Stacks, consumed upon use.
Monk
-Tornado Kick and expending Chakra reduces the cooldown of Perfect Balance.
Ninja
-While Shadewalker is active, the Ninja gains +x% increased damage.
Black Mage
-Thundercloud changes Thunder animation into Raiton BECAUSE I WANT A DAMN LIGHTNING BOLT
Summoner
-Activating Aetherflow resets Aethertrail's duration

Tornado Kick - damage applied at start of the animation, or spread it out into multiple hits that fit the animation like Dream Within a Dream with higher potency to compensate for each hit having its own crit / damage margins.
Old Greased Lightning timers, don't like having to blow Perfect Balance to keep my stacks after using LB3 while DRG and NIN are comparatively unhindered.

I agree, but it's not like we can magically make casters appear. No BLM or SMN in your group, none of that matters. I'm not sure what this adds to what I said.
I'm simply stating that the increase from a timely and well placed Foe Rec is really massive. Assuming your casters don't suck. Mathematically speaking, sure if those are the numbers then great but 6-7% seems to be making it sound smaller than it really is like in practice. It can make all the difference on actual parse numbers is my point and therefore Bard's utility is not as small as was implied.
