Will we EVER be able to glamour gear that we cannot wear???

XI does just that >_> Got the gear? Got the job a high enough lvl to use said gear? You can use said gear for glamour on any job. Example being, you can have a 99 pld with reforged AF and lockstyle(glamour) that set onto a lvl 30 rdm.

It's also free too, which is nice. Instead of having to drop 9k+ (sometimes 30k because for some reason we can't buy in singles yet...) just to glamour 1 piece.

Never understood why people would pay that much for it, the glamours are incredibly cheap to make and you can't honestly tell me that you don't know at least 1 crafter? between the vendor mats and the crystals a prism is worth maybe 1k tops.

Lazyiness, The same reason people buy gill, even tho its incredibly easy to make, just lazy and refuse to put any kind of effort. you would be surprised at what people buy at what price, Even if the item is right next to them on a vendor, they will still buy it off the MB..

Pretty much this lol Though, prisms are the only thing I'm really lazy about buying. Other things though, I'll usually go out and make / get it cheaper from a npc. Like glamour removers. 500 gil from a npc > 5k on market.
The thing though with just buying prisms vs making them, is trying to get the drops of the mob, or end up spending 5k+ anyways because the only one of the item needed is in a stack of 20+ when you only need like ~3
