Vote-kicked for explaining 1st-timer tactics and having impatients get what's coming

Been a tank in mmo's for 15+ years, for anyone saying that, the party sets the pace, your wrong. A good tank will explain boss battles, will mark mobs, and know the mechanics, the tank is the ringleader, hes the tower, and you take all commands from the tower. In Mmos of old, the tank, was the one that had to do research, had to keep track of timers, etc... if they didn't know mechanics/take charge they were not doing their job. Its always been tank leading, dps following, and healer helping, nothing has changed. Its also the tanks job to find the pace of the group, no one group is the same, being the tank, its your job to know what pace the group can run at, and who and who doesn't know the mechanics. To the OP, you were doing your job, and doing it well, this new generation of gamers, are just impatient, and want things done in 5 mins, they would have never lasted in old mmos.

If you were at least a decent tank for 15+ years you should know full well you cannot have this its my way or no way attitude as a tank.
You accommodate to the majority of what folks want whether it be a speedrun or slow, not 'take commands from zee tower' because I'm the special snowflake with the little blue icon.
All roles are dependant on each other and all set the pace, you are not more important or less than everyone else in the party.

eh then maybe you didn't play older mmo's the truth is only people with the exp to lead others were, tanks, there are leaders, and there are followers.
