Also as someone said about "timing LB3", you can't really "time" it as majority of people are dead and both tanks usually too when you have to cast it, so most aggro is towards you anyway

Sure you can. You can time the LB so that you won't get hit in the face by any telegraphed mechanics (AoEs etc, such as Rav EX in then out circles).
