It's mostly in perspective of this topic. I'm not sure what you mean by "more rewarding gameplay" when healers are practically needed (and often in short supply). Things like ground effects not affecting people outside of your alliance isn't exclusive to seal rock, it's the same case in slaughter and secure.

It's honestly the same as PvE. If healing isn't fun for them, it isn't fun for them. It could also be the circumstance that PvP pits them in such as being focused down (which is, unfortunately the life of any healers in PvP) or their group being too spread (which is on the group itself, jsut like any other DPS that stands in bad stuff)
