Yeah, it's really annoying because some tanks will do things like that because they believe they're "speeding up the run" but in reality it doesn't actually help.

Especially the ones that seem to entirely discount healer DPS and believe that if they just "pull faster" or something, then the run will be over faster, when in truth - in most group compositions - it's actually not making the things die faster, especially when the healer doesn't have time to DPS.
