if not, everyone should just ignore him. He is a lvl 57 sch (also lvl 20 cnj and lvl 26 thm) with what looks like 0 Raid Experience using lvl 50 i110/i120 sol/wod pieces. He doesn't have enough experience with the class(s) to really complain...

I have different characters for every class. As a role-player I like to have different characters and appearance, this is simply one of my alts.

Also, what about level 50 experience? The expansion has been out 3 months, and I am working on several characters.

It does not suck, it's just very situational. Think of the potential shield you could have if you use fey illumination->dissipation-> adlo+deployment tactics. This is a 3000+HP shield (8000+ if adlo crits considering the recent tweak to critical hit rate) and it may very well be the ultimate mitigation in future end game content where you might save your LB for your dps instead of having your tank use it to survive the massive AoE SE will surely throw at us. It can be used to increase your dps a little as well. Of course you don't want to use always use, in fact you'll probably use it once or twice in very specific situations, but it has potential. A 20% healing buff is a very big deal when applied to galvanize.

Rouse + Whispering Dawn says hi. Much, Much Better as long as your max health exceeds the damage your going to take. That combo is ONLY better if you rely on it and are fully prepared for it. Which you just shouldn't, i'd rather just Sacred Soil+Fey Illum+Succor then Rouse+Whispering Dawn for big AOE hits, as LONG as someone has 1 HP left the combo is much better.

You click Fey Illumination then have to wait about 3 seconds for her to cast it even if you control the Faerie, then Dissipation, then Adlo, then deployment tactics.

Also.

Radius: 5 yalms kind of makes the ability pointless unless your in a very organized raid and about to get a HUGE hit.

So, I could perhaps see it working for one or two party fights in the game. However overall, its really just ok.
