All the fixes in the world don't mean much to players if there's no new content, that's what kills a lot of MMOs.

The battle system is mostly fixed at this point aside from the stat allocations and some balancing/tweaking, the core of it is done. If you don't like the outcome that's unfortunate for you because this is pretty much it, aside from the above mentioned and jobs.

The crafting system is about to see its major overhaul and after that, aside from some tweaking and balancing, it'll also mostly be in a finished state.

After that yes they do have to address LS, server, optimization and graphics issues.
If they had any brains, they would stop trying to please the PC audience. This game is free to play. Now is the time to fix these issues. Their profits, other than the cash they robbed from me at release, will come from PS3 subs and PS3 boxed sales.

If all the PC people up and left, well, as the developer, why would I really care? They are not paying to play this game, and they have had a year of free play already. It is time to fix this thing.

If the current battle system is it, then this thing is woefully doomed anyway, as its not nearly as responsive as its older cousin, FF11. Battle currently is not even fun and requires no skill to succeed. If thats the master plan, then there is no saving this.
