Eh, i don't think anyone's going to exclude people who are actually willing to take advice from people telling them they're not dealing enough DPS.
Its the people who insist they're doing amazing dps when the numbers show otherwise and refuse to improve themselves who will get the short end of the stick.

And you know what? Im fine with that. If they don't improve themselves, thats their own problem.

I am more than happy to try and help out people who are having problems, but some people just can't be helped.

I agree. And I understand that some just cannot complete the content.
