I'll post up a PF next time and try again" Now compare that to: "The community put me on a list of poor performing players, and I cant form a party that will succeed in x content.". The former would seriously make me want to quit this game and unsub.

Really? DPS dont know how bad they are playing? I think its pretty obvious: when an add is left while all the others are down or while the dps is dead/fallen off the stage. Bismark makes it very plain. You already know the information, just not the specifics to actually demotivate/shame the player into leaving.

EDIT: I think you're critically underestimating how elitist our community really is.
