You can make custom ranks, they don't have to be FC leader to garden.

Just because you don't want random strangers in your FC doesn't mean the dozen FCs shouting for members and advertising a FC house feel the same way. There are options.

I never said I don't need or want others to have access to housing, just that the system is horrible and personal housing is pointless.
