Very true. However, variety comes with time. They are simply building the foundation to this new system they implemented ever since Heavensward. As a foundation, I believe it's great from a business standpoint and a playing standpoint. Heck, I calculated how long it would take if you knew what you were doing and out of an entire week, it would only take about .08% of your total time to max out your 450 red scrips for both gatherer and crafter. Once you are capped out, go do something else. There's a reason we have multiple options and avenues to explore in this game.
