    SMN has the highest possibility to do burst damage ina a very low frame time, but after they popped all, they have just to wait 1-2 min to get another kill (things change after Battle high/fever).
    the major problem is that their burst can 80-90% of times kill very easily a player.
    they should limitate this, like put Energy drain, Fester and Painflare in the same cooldown (or atleast Painflare and Fester).
    Even If I have some doubt I hope they won't just nerf potency or remove skills, but adjust them, the problem with SMN is that they can use all their sillset all together, another good adjustment would be giving a short cast time to instant skills or make deathflare castable only after 10 sec after you pop Dreadwyrm Trance.

    I actually just hung in the back and sniped people every 60 seconds with the combo I mentioned above. Really wasn't a great team...sadly the first 3 games I played my teams were AMAZING... after that it died out and flames weren't immortal anymore

    My death was caused by a sandwich in the teams and eventually died, getting jumped on by warriors and dark knights in the process -.-

    Yeah, I played summoner a few times and you would essentially just erase someone's hp bar before they even realized they were being attacked half the time. I'm not really sure how it compares to the burst of the other classes though.

    Summoner's fine the way it is, I actually feel like we're on equal footing with melee players when it comes to 1v1 now. I've duel'd quite a few monks who got within close range of me, where I just came out ahead.

    u dont need to be on equal footing with melee because u are ranged , and have the best burst and the best aoe dmg....

    Damn i was thinking nerf needed, but never realized, using PURIFY after their tri-disaster actually works. Thanks for the heads up. Because if they nerf summoner next will be my War doing the dbl fell cleave holmgang move. PLZ dont everyone just really needs to use their PvP actions at better times.

    All the jobs can do pretty crazy burst. SMNs burst is pretty strong because they can do it all while moving, preventing issues with LoS or range that BLM have trouble with.

    But played right, PLD, WAR, and all the physical dps can also burst. I would say BLM is actually at the biggest disadvantage in the new mode.

    My main job is Miner BTW.
