What is the stance on secondary stats?

I have no stat weights, but I'd reckon CHR>DET>>SS, CHR coming up for its dominance in AoE and the ability to proc SS buff which is an actual SS buff and will increase DoT damage while active.

My plan is to avoid SS pieces if there are alternatives without SS, and to otherwise ACC cap while maxing out CHR > DET.

That's what I figuired, but wasn't sure if for some reason SS added almost the same potency to our dots as det, and also gave us SS on casts.

I noticed no dmg raise when casting a DoT with Egi-SS-buff.

Tested with Bio-only, ticks remain same when applied with buff.
