where do we get our DoH new gears?

All crafted.
It's "blue" gear, can be HQ, and requires VERY hard to get materials

Mastercraft demimaterias and Fieldcraft demimaterias are the "easy" ones to get.
Each one needs 2 or 3 Land/Leaf/Sea borne aethersand from DoL Aetherial Reduction of max purity collectables.
And new materials which probably require stuff from Red scrips from both DoL and DoH.

And all new crafter and gatherer gear is class specific.

So the "cross class" 150 crafter gear we have will still be good for quite a while....
Huge grind to craft and meld for 8 crafting classes...
