Ok was wondering this since when I try to keep them all up the rotation seems whacky and things start to fall off.
So generally just rotate between ToD and Fracture? So 1st cycle>ToD>2nd cycle>Frature>Repeat?
exactly, the rotation is quite simple when you look at it that way
625 Skill Speed, or at least that's what a builder says with all my current equipment put on (since I'm away from the PS4 right now and won't be back on it until tomorrow).
I never use Fracture and ToD in the same cycle. It's usually Demolish and Fracture, then Snap Punch and ToD. I try to avoid using both in the same cycle simply because I'd rather not lose DK or Twin Snakes. There are exceptions of course, such as the Alex bosses, Neverreap bosses, etc.Not possible.
If you use ToD and Fracture in the same DK/Twin cycle, you are putting 8 GCD's between refreshes - you would need a GCD of 1.875 seconds to achieve this. Let's say I give you a 0.5 second leeway (generous) because of buff snapshotting - you still need need GCD of 1.9375.

It's not possible to have 100% fracture uptime EVEN on a dummy without dropping either ToD, DK or Twin Snakes.

Let's say you have 2.0 GCD, one DK/TS "cycle" with ToD is 7 GCDs - 14 seconds. So you can only use Fracture once every 14 GCDs~ (28 seconds) - how do you plan on covering 28 seconds worth of time with one fracture?
I apologize, apparently I was exhausted enough last night that I wasn't thinking straight. You are correct that it's not possible to keep up Fracture all the time currently (not with 625 skill speed), because you'll lose DK and Twin Snakes for about 1 second each. Looking at a build with all the endgame SS equipment for MNK, it'd give a total of 794 SS, which may see enough of a difference to where you can keep it up 100%.
