Since you said yourself you have no need to play with the general populace. You play exclusively with a static its real easy to have everyone on the same page, and gearing isn't really an issue. PUGing it is a whole different animal. Trying to get everyone on the same page is well.....to quote someone else "I've seen monkey s#$t fights at the zoo that were more organized than this"

You are just looking for excuses. That 697 DPS I just did in STR gear was through DF. The Paladin, who was MTing, who is a friend, did the entire fight in sword oath, while I did it in Deliverance. He did 718 DPS. We are doing it, despite all the excuses and reasons you are throwing out to justify your position, and that leaves just one thing, you either are not as good of a player or are not playing your best, which is it?

We did that already after we had it on farm long before echo.

hm weird then coz most of the time i was almost squished even with a CD and shield oath , are u sure ur tanks didnt have they defensive stance on?

We did it too, supplementing with crafted accessories to make minimum HP requirements. Cooldown management is key. I hate to say it, but when I am not tanking and watching other tanks do these things, I notice a lot of them are very poor at cool down usage, whether it be a good rotation or timing.

I stopped trying to argue with people who can't face the truth even with math thrown at their face, let them believe in their almighty full VIT Paladin and believe that if they wipe in expert dungeons it's because that WAR is full STR instead of the fact that this WAR may be just bad at tanking and would be the same pain on full VIT.

We, good STR tanks, have statics and have no problem with progression raiding. We know our business, we play our job in the most efficient way, let us be. If you see a bad tank who makes you wipe and he's STR specced, it's just another guy who wants to be like us but miserably fails. It's not because he's STR specced, he's just bad and wannabe-cool. Just accept this fact and leave us alone. Complain about bad tanks who don't use their defensive abilities, that's the real problem, and it has NOTHING to do with STR or VIT.
