Real Talk: Highlanders need eyebrows

Just out of curiosity, where in lore does it say "and Highlander Hyurs shall never have eyebrows... not since the accident."? In all seriousness, I'm interested to hear why, if that is the case.

No idea. It's just the reason that's always thrown around when people ask about it. I tried googling it to see if I could find this elusive bit of lore, but all I find is thread upon thread upon thread of people asking to have them, lol.

I'd assume it's some kind of cultural thing to shave them off or something, maybe?

It was at the lore panel during one of the Fan Festivals, really lame reason though regardless. Probably another one of those, "We can't cram anything more into the character creation because memory and reasons." That they decided to hide behind lore. :l

Even though they tried to call lore on this one, I don't buy it. Female highlanders have eyebrows, so that proves that all highlanders don't shave their eyebrows. So naturally, not every male highlander would shave their eyebrows either.

Add me to the painted on brows list. I'd appreciate real ones but at least my hair hides it a bit.

The lore explanation seems more like a reason for a toggle than a mandatory lack in my opinion. I doubt every highlander was actually born in Ala Mhigo.

This is one of the main reasons I want real eyebrows... I pretty much have to use hairs that cover up most of my forehead in order to hide the ugly fake eyebrows. It sucks.
