1) that my preference of GC was more important than playing with a friend.

2) that playing with my friends, then, was not important at all to me.

once again that is not an assumption, your thread is based on leaving a gc for your friends. if you left it to be with your friends there is no problem, won't do it? once again go back to the statement one.
