being new and @ level 50 is killing my interest

If you went onto the PS Store and looked up Final Fantasy XIV one of the first things thrown in your face is the Heavensward bundle. Naturally, many people will look at this with no chance of knowing they had to complete all of 2.0 and buy it as it is the most recent addition of the game.

But it clearly calls it a bundle and indicates that you're buying both the base game (FFXIV:ARR) and the Heavensward expansion. Or if you buy the Heavensward expansion by itself, it clearly states that the expansion requires you to also have the base game. Either way makes it clearly obvious that the ARR part comes first.
