They probably won't want BfB on DRK even though it can be used for smart play.
The way SE talked about using HP as a DRK for skills, makes me think they don't want things that don't fit a tank's primary role (like a skill that increases damage taken).

GLA has access to BfB. So I don't feel that what you are saying is what SE is thinking.
