Yeah, I have a character on Balmung. Your example is hyperbole in the extreme. The ignore function works well and SE bans thousands of RMT accounts every couple weeks.

In this situation people should damn well be wanting "instant gratification". They're PAYING FOR IT..

Technically, so are the RMT. If the accounts aren't stolen. That's why it takes time to investigate.
