As a budding MCH, procs I think are the brunt of our damage. Procs are RNG so.... can't blame if the Slugshot Proc won't come up.

Improve the rate of procs coming up and I think it'll be fine.

This was also the case with BRD, but we can control our procs to some extent with our crit hit builds. Crit hit bards are at the top of the bard DPS heap, and on par with other DPS.

Do machinist procs also run off crit hits, or is there some other way they run?
