I feel selfish and terrible

I'm sorry, I really like my MCH. I do feel like a burden in a dungeon or boss, like the DPS spot got wasted. I had a Tank out damage me last night I think. God forbid we get two of either BRD or MCH in a light party. Things go really slow. I figure the class is all about setting up the perfect critical shot but even when I hit that huge whopper number, I see someone else hit the same thing as a regular number. It's just depressing.

I don't plan on quiting it cause its really fun imo. I apologize to anyone who had to put up with me in a dungeon/boss. =/

Yeah MCH is in a really bad place right now. I feel really bad too because I love the class aesthetic, but I feel like I'm dragging everyone in my party down by being a MCH, because no matter how well I line myself up and do my job right I'll be behind the off-tank of all things. Even worse, my FC got me the inferno horn I wanted to craft that inferno musketoon today, and I made it and all, but as cool as a gun that is also on fire is, I can't very well justify using it until they make MCH at least a viable class- I'm not saying I want to put out MNK level DPS, just not be a wasted slot.

No reason not to come back to it later, though!

The thing that sucks is that that isn't true. I mean, mostly.

When I ran Ravana it was the DRG that kept getting pushed off and not the three MCH but still.

This is very true. I've been able to out-perform many of my DPS counterparts.

Sadly, this only happens when they truly suck, and it doesn't really prove or justify MCN's existence. But just know that you can still play very well and hold your own in any content out right now. If you play well, then failing a fight is usually on the other DPS, not you.

My favorite thing kazzo is when my party is all well there goes the dps... We got a mch here... Then im all lol 30k damage in my 15sec opener... And proceed to rip hate >_<

I haven't gotten to endgame with my MCH quite yet, but it's weird >.>...I had to lower my attacks because I kept pulling hate from the tank in dungeons with my MCH...

I can assure you that's most likely due to said tanks being low-geared or blowing ass.
