Why can't you join a static? There are people who have all kinds of schedules. If you are playing enough to be at cap and doing the raids right now, you play enough to join a static.

If you have a decent amount of playtime, but not a regular schedule.. And/or play on a different region data center

You clearly have a decent amount of playtime if you are geared and raiding at 60 already. Again, there are a LOT of people playing this game. You can find some who have similar schedules. There are many retail and restraunt workers in this game who don't have set schedules. How you handle that is a ls of similar people who can decide when to play each week. You don't have to schedule for 3 weeks from now.

If you play on a server where hardly anyone speaks your language or plays at the same time, you have much bigger issues with the multiplayer part of the game than the loot system.

Sorry to say this but maybe its time to stop play vid games. The problem is pretty much with you. I also have a heavy work schedule and im pretty sure SE does too. And i've learned to accept that i won't have time to do what i want in one day for this game.

I work at a cafe where things happen such as being called in on days off and I lead a static which has people who have schedules which are under constant flux (one had to work until midnight yesterday) and we get it to work.
Just need to find people with flexibility, plan times when you know you aren't going to be working based of off preset schedules and change as the week hits you with new things.
Have a group which is patient and mature about these things.
Really, our group was put together near the end of ARR and we made it from having only 3 members clearing T9 to getting to T13, its possible if you are smart enough to work around things.
