As for me who not really a veteran and experienced player, why don't you make a comparison between Bardh with Wanderer Minuet and without it. What their pro and cons, differentiation overall damage and also BiS for both build. I'm honestly want to see the result.

You talk about no one disputing their points, however the OP had no points to even attempt to dispute. They gave an ultimatum demanding changes to BRD/MCH, what changes? and how should SE implement them? These are some of the questions they should have at least attempted to address.

I agree the OP is an idiot with the whole ultimatum shtick, we agree on this.However I disagree that who the onus is on when it comes to tweeking the classes. It's Squares job to keep me interested in playing this game, and its their job to balance the classes. They might take feedback they might not but in here we aren't even giving feedback to each other. Looking around on this thread and a few others there seems to be people here seem to agree that MCH/BRD need improvements... so what more validation do you need? My point is wheres the guy asking what gear the OP is using or how are his attributes allocated or suggesting rotations?

I am a scholar main however I loved the idea of a "machinist" as far back as when I played the original final fantasy tactics game. I adored it. I am sitting at level 59 with it and going to reach 60 in a few days/if not sooner.

I am staggeringly disappointed that the machinist is not viable (I can argue the fact that the skills are... not what we were lead to believe through the description but viability is obviously the #1 concern).
HOWEVER I am confident that the development team released these classes (AST, DRK, MCH) all undertuned intentionally so that they avoid the ninja "crisis" where they had to outright nerf hard many aspects of their kit. So INSTEAD they release it knowingly undertuned and then buff multiple aspects of the kit.

Furthermore no developer that cares (And believe me the FF14 development team obviously cares a lot about it's players) would shrug their shoulders and let a class of theirs die.

Stay strong and just enjoy whatever you can at present, do not let anyone take away your fun! Stay positive- we are all confident that buffs are along the way!

I keep seeing this passed around the nerfs to NINJA BEING OP really didn't do anything other then make them run out of tp as fast as a monk it was about a 1% dps loss at best if you were even able to use raiton without clipping the GCD less for those who couldn't use it(pretty sure they did it just to shut the forums up a little). Yes MCH/BRD needs some buffs yes they're coming.

I think people are way overreacting to you.

XI and XIV have both suffered from various bits of this "oh? <job>? - no thanks" syndrome.

Being excluded from content because of your job makes the game not fun. And I've absolutely seen it happen in the ex primals - DPS checks getting failed? Bard/mch first to go regardless of the parse.

2.XX new life and made the 2nd most subscription game in the world currently.
