Sorry if this has been answered already, but how exactly does Chakra fit into our rotation? Do we only use it during breaks in the fight?

In it's current state you will only use it during downtime be it long breaks or quick mechanic breaks where it won't interfere with keeping GL3. Form Shift will take priority if you have a chance at keeping GL3.
How does everyone time Tornado Kick? If boss is going yo jump or do some mechanic that will result in GL3 dropping, do you:
1. Using TK a few seconds before to make sure you get it in(and run with out GL for a few seconds)?
2. Wait to the last possible second, possibly not getting TK off in time, but maximizing GL uptime?
I choose Option 2
I try and use it as late as possible, that said. Both Forbidden Chakra and Tornado Kick seem to be hard to click oGCDs (Like Potions, where you need to press it a few times for it to register). Atleast that is the case for me so I end up seeing something like Bootshine > True Strike > Tornado Kick > Snap Punch. How does everyone time Tornado Kick? Where Snap Punch is my last hit because I was barely able to squeeze it out. Thats a 48 Potency lost compared to Bootshine > True Strike > Snap Punch > Tornado Kick. But it is like a 400 Potency gain from not having Tornado Kick register.
As the others said I'd wait until the last possible second and potentially even miss out on it rather than hitting it early and losing GL3 on a GCD and potentially an autoattack. There's a lot to lose with a mistimed TK.How does everyone time Tornado Kick? If boss is going yo jump or do some mechanic that will result in GL3 dropping, do you:

Since the latest minipatch you can no longer queue Forbidden, should be fixed tuesday.I try and use it as late as possible, that said. Whats everyones rotation now?
basic rotation hasn't really changed.
i throw FC in when i know it'll do good dmg (when IR/B4B/DK/TS are all up), and finish trash pulls with TK when i can just to speed things up. EF gets used liberally because awesome.
and of course, i'll spam the SUPER-annoying chakra stacks in between packs, and internally apologize to everyone for being a loud asshat.
Tornado kick is a very unhindered and easy to activate oGCD for me.I try and use it as late as possible, that said. Forbidden has a delay though, even before the latest hotfix borked its queueing.
