Actually you want to RoD with 2 targets already that's 200 potency vs 150 of BLYup, this is about right. The argument for using Bloodletter in an AoE situation makes absolutely no sense. Of COURSE you're going to want to prioritize RoD over Bloodletter when you're hitting 3 or more targets. Why wouldn't you? It's waaaay more potency in a single attack.
It's so effective, in fact, that I've regularly been seeing BRDs out-dps my MCH in AoE situations despite everything MCH has going for it (AoE turret with 0 TP or MP cost, reload adding additional potency to AoE attacks, Rapid Fire allowing for MASSIVE Flare-style AoE burst). This is absolutely not something worth complaining about. If anything, you should be glad it exists. Free AoE procs! Huge damage potential for 0 TP cost!
The only questionable thing is why Wide Volley still exists when Quick Nock is better. I don't think they thought that one through properly.
