The new abilities become a core part of the dragoon rotation, and have a pretty complex interaction with Wheeling Thrust and Fang and Claw. Blood of the Dragon passively increases Jump damage by 30%. That's a pretty big deal. Blood of the Dragon is a buff that lasts 10 seconds, but can be increased when you use Fang and Claw or Wheeling Thrust. You can only use Fang and Claw or Wheeling Thrust if Blood of the Dragon is active and you've just combo'd Full Thrust or Chaos Thrust. After one of those combos, you have a 50/50 chance of proccing the chance to use either Wheeling Thrust (positional from the back) or Fang and Claw (positional from the flank).

So you use Blood of the Dragon + full thrust combo or chaos combo to use either Wheeling Thrust or Fang and Claw to increase the up time of Blood of the Dragon, so you have to constantly watch your buff timer and use those combos to keep it active. 30% jump damage + a 290 potency attack (from wheeling thrust or fang and claw) is huge and are therefore core to the dragoon's rotation and maximum DPS.

As complex as dragoon already was, we did not need this crap.

And people keep jumping in with "git gud" or with pointers about using certain keyboard or using certain keys for keybinding. None of that is the issue - yes my keybinds are full and it's a hassle to coordinate them into something that works, but my whole point isn't that it can't be done, but that it becomes stressful and not fun to macro manage so many things.
