    It would be nice if they just came out and said something. One way or another. Either "screw you guys wait for your physical copy" or, "hey those of you who don't have your registration code, here's another temporary one in your email" or something along those lines. The fact that they've said nothing annoys me.

    This is the biggest deal.

    Mistakes happen, I know but I'm pretty sure most people here are just fine waiting for the actual physical and wouldn't be angry if we had any sort of solution that would allow us to play while the problem is being resolved. The lack of communication and solutions to affected players that will result in them being locked out after shelling more than 200$ CDN for a product they were suppose to be able to use before the time limit are the factors for the angst of people right now.

    While there is still a bit of time left, it is looking more and more unlikely. Sadly so.

    This is where I am as well. It would go a long way towards helping me to make an informed decision on if I'm just going to cave and buy a digital CE for now to fill in the gap.

    I did that just now. Since it looks like my shipment isn't coming today either, I bought the Digital CE and was able to use the activation code from that. I've opened a support ticked to be able to return the Physical CE whenever it does arrive. It's a shame, since I like having the physical version and do for most all Final Fantasy games, but I'll try not to be too disappointed in effectively getting $100 back.

    I'm on the boat! I live in Toronto. This is pretty annoying since there is no way I will be getting mine today. I just hope we can get an official respond today. Otherwise I'm just going to get a a digital copy and try to return the physical copy and get a refund.

    I'm one of many Montrealers who has been fucked over by this as well. Hooray.

    I was in the same boat as everyone else. As of this morning, however, both USPS and Canada Post suggest that the item has finally cleared customs (I got the same Miami bullshit as everyone else). So... I guess that means it 's on its way...? It still won't get here until Monday at the earliest anyway. But I'm not exactly sure what the fuck is happening to be perfectly honest.

    SE should absolutely extend the EA for people. It's so unfair to leave out dedicated customers like this who are not only not receiving the product they ordered months in advance and paid for weeks in advance, but are being screwed out of subscription time for which they've played. I could play, I guess, because of ARR... but what the hell's the point? I'm trying to progress the main story and level up my classes. All but like one or two are 50. ARR has nothing for me.
