My tracking info looks exactly the same. Also in Montreal. And as my SO pointed out to me, I've updated the game to a heavensward version, so even though I have alts that are >50 and not Au Ra, I most likely still won't be able to play. This is entirely unacceptable. They should at the veeery least, extend early access to cover their butts for this, and if not then I expect to get some free game time to cover the time I'm locked out :< I've payed over $200 for something I can't play?!?! Are you kidding me?

I was told that extending early access would be a decision that would have to be made in Japan, but they were collecting reports, whatever that means. I have half a mind to call my credit card company next and report the charge as fraudulent. 660 days subscribed and now this crap after I've just paid in excess of $230...

It's not fraudulent because it's being held by Customs, and they don't offer any guarantees of timely delivery at all. I've had items held for 3 1/2 weeks before. As I said before, if the shipper provided false information on the declaration form, then you could argue that it's their fault, but I wouldn't do a chargeback or anything. This is at best the fault of the outsourcing company that handled fulfillment, and at worst it's just the government not caring that we have some deadline to receive the shipment.
Next time, I suppose purchases from the S-E Online Store could include a digital code rather than having the code be in the box.

There is nothing more I can speak about it, it's dead on clear that we get locked out for days with paid subscriptions.

We cant play our main character if we are an Au Ra cause thats part of the HW expansion.. So some of us are screwed either way
