I have amiibos with almost the same size of the dragon statue, i really liked the artbook but my biggest disapointment was the bonuss disc. I was expecting some sort of making of... Not a buch of trailer and cg videos on a disc... For me nothing surpases halo 3 legendary edition, thats what i call value for your money. Never again square enix!!!.

I only bothered to order the physical CE because the last time I'd bought a physical copy of FFXIV, it was the original 1.0 CE. I wasn't expecting much out of the figure, so I wasn't really disappointed. It holds up well enough in my display cabinet and it looks fine to me.

Still, unless they really hook me in with something new on the next expansion, I'm likely to settle for digital CE from now on.

1st thing: What was presented on livestream was japanese version and I knew that EU/NA box will be different and I am not the only one. It is even shown on the promotional picture, that the box is different.

2nd thing: Even on the promotional picture, the dragon has one of it's legs lifted in the air. Why do you expect to magically pull it down when it was made to be up?



I don't want to make fun of your misery but if you plan to spend such amount of money on something, atleast check what you are buying.

Lol, talk about expectation vs reality. The CE advertisement make the dragon look a decent size, but the reality of it is ... not so big. Ultimately, you're not only paying for the statue itself, but for the books and other stuff.

Honestly, this doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Everyone is complaining about the quality of the CE, which they have all right to do, but seriously, the sad truth about business and marketing is to focus on your core demographic... And for SE that demographic does not include NA or EU, regardless on if that is the right or wrong way to go, it is how it is, and it is naive to think otherwise.

I plan on fixing mine with a couple of drops of Krazy glue. Problem solved. I like the statue but it is very much smaller than it seemed in the pics i saw. Anyway, that's our dragon mount in case you had not realized.

Haha, same. I remember thinking about how the quality and how I found it paling in comparison to other figures I own (Goodsmile Company's figma series, Nendoroids and scaled figures) and I even told a buddy that the one thing that turned me away from the CE wasn't the price but the dragon figure, it just looks awful for a figure.
