Ok, reality vs expectation... i can live with that. But why do something that doesn't even fit on its own base ? Kinda insulting.

I really thought this figure would be much higher quality, especially when you consider how detailed and spectacular Square Enix's Play Arts Kai line of figures are. Totally disappointed and the dragon of course doesn't fit right on the cheaply constructed base despite my best efforts to carefully bend the figure to try and fit it. So mine will stay in the box packaging it came and go in the closet while I keep my Dragoon, Warrior of Light and various FFVII Play Arts Kai figures on the entertainment center for all of my guests to see!
Will purchase digital CE only going forward...

Honestly, I have too much crap as is, with no where to put it all. I can completely understand everyone elses' disappointment and anger at the poor craftsmanship, but I personally never had any intent of taking the dragon out of it's personal box. I bought the CE more for the in game items, (namely Cecil's Dark Knight helmet), the art book, and just because I wanted to say I had the CE. I was at one of those rare moments that I had a little extra money to buy the CE, so I did. I'm satisfied with my purchase, but as I said, I can completely understand why other people aren't, as there's no excuse for a collectible from such a high profile company being of such low quality craftsmanship.....

I'm saying that I bought it because it was the CE of the first expansion to a game that I love, and I had a little spare cash at the time. I was also saying that out of the collectibles, the Dragon Statue was the lowest on my list because I have too many such items as is, and even from the picture of it, it wasn't as interesting to me as the items already filling my shelves.....
