I love how you are complaining about a 50% proc rate to essentially double your chain skills and you say it is worse than BRD.... That is hilarious considering the only combo skill BRDs have now is a 15% chance to auto crit our one skill(mind is going blank right now on skill name) and 15% each tick that cries on Windbite and Venomous Shot to instant CD Bloodletter/RoD.
