    I waited in the chat support queue for 2 hours, finally got to #1 and then received this:

    There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

    That sucks. I wouldn't suggest going through that again. There are enough people complaining on the boards that SE has to acknowledge there's an issue.
