    I have tried using him to see what sort of chance might have at obtaining V materia's but after dozen tries not a single one produced a materia V out of five IV materia's per try so I am guessing the % chance to gain a V is very low...would need to try a lot more to get better sample though. I think the RNG on it is going to be very annoying to those with bad luck and make those with good luck very rich. It's the new form of lottery separating the rich from the poor based on luck.

    the patch notes explicitly says that gaining Materia V is disabled except for Mutamix
    I think itll be enabled for spiritbinding once Alexander Savage is available
