    how about: node pops in a specific time, and then it stays there until YOU mine it. As it is now, it despawn after a certain time...which is annoying.
    So you mine it whenever, then it respawn again in it's specific time, and stays open.
    It would be beyond retarded if someone else could deplete the node, so you can't get anything.

    you don't get xp if you go in with "undersized party" you'll get xp if you go as normal party.
    mob xp has been lowered, boss xp increased - so you'll get xp from that, and roulette bonus' as long as you're full pt.

    I take it as the node appears for everyone and contains a set amount of items, once they are mined that node vanishes.

    If it is indeed how you interpret it then someone at SE really needs to revise their language skills because it's not clear at all! =)

    Hopefully the final patch notes will be clearer. I just wish I spoke Japanese as they seem to have more definitive notes.

    That wouldn't make sense though. If nodes pop once an Eorzea day (circa 72 minutes) in a different place then if you don't mine them in just a week there'd be more nodes than scenery!

    Now, it's entirely possible that the standard mobs are going to give EXP regardless and this is just referring to an "EXP Bonus" at the end...but it seems fairly clear? I certainly hope you're correct, though.

    I'd hope it's the DEX increasing our rates, tanks don't use DEX so it's a pointless stat that never really changes anything, hopefully they're going to buff parry stat and make block completely dependant on the number on the shield.

    Tanks actually use STR so hopefully it will stay relevant since it's something they actually get a benefit from.

    Things I don't like in patch notes: det changes, more paid retainers, SMN is now blue mage.

    Is it saying that, if I'm level 52 and for some reason I decide to do a click Snowcloak and do that, I will get zero experience from it? None from monsters, none from completion? I just get nothing?

    They want us to be doing the new dungeons for exp. I imagine the MQ will have enough to tide us over until we reach the first post-50 story dungeon.

    I guess this is just my problem but...

    I kinda don't like that all the new combat skills are exclusively for jobs, with no additions to the base class.

    From what I've scanned though, I got more boos than yays with the patch notes. But I guess the best thing there is the slightly easier zodiac weapons.
